He is survived by : his spouse Jewell Leslie Bailey; and his sons, Joseph E. Jessmer of Newton, NC, Douglas E. Jessmer of Palm Harbor, FL and Bradley M. Jessmer of Dayton, OH. He is also survived by three grandsons and two granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.
