She was predeceased by: her parents, John Spak and Celia Spak (Vinch); and her son Steven Andersen. She is survived by: her husband James E. Valentine; her daughter Teresa M. Bichsel (A. Michael) of Alliance; her grandchildren, Chesney Daniels (Hunter), Michael Bichsel (Amber) and John Bichsel; her great grandchildren, Michael Jr., Gabriel, Julia, Owen and Ivy; and her sister Lois Darnell (Charles) of Alliance.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home (1000 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Regina Coeli Catholic Church (663 Fernwood Blvd, Alliance, OH 44601).
