He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Lewis and Lissa Lewis (Whitt); and his siblings, Finnetta, Gemella, Emily Jane Holbrook, Vivian Sammons and Arthur Lewis.
He is survived by : his wife Patty Lewis (Haney); his children, April Schillig (Kevin), Jason Lewis and Christopher Lewis; his brothers, Oscar Lewis and Troy Lewis (Linda); and his grandchildren, Madison Schillig and Tristan Schillig.
