He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard A. Blubaugh and Lillian C. Blubaugh (Moser); and his brother Kenneth Eugene. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; and his children, Brian Gallina, Donna "Missy" Patterson (Mark) and Deanna "Dee Dee" Craig (Joel). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
