He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Dulaney and Erma Dulaney (Park). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dulaney (Wlazlinski); his children, Gregory Dulaney, Tressi Lynn Dando (James), Charles Jeffers (Jen) and Christi Jo Wilson (Steve); his grandchildren, Sara Dobrunick, Matthew Wilson, CJ Jeffers, Joey Jeffers, Nathan Wilson, Sami Jeffers, Gregory Dulaney, Ian Dando and Reece Dando; and his siblings, Roger Dulaney (Myrna) and Corliss Richie (Rick). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
