Harold Hall Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Hall (Alliance, Ohio), born in Dennison, Ohio, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hall and Ida Hall; his brothers, Jack, Robert and Harry; his daughter Tracie Lee; and his son-in-law David DiRamio.

He is survived by: his wife Alyce Ann (Springer); his sons, Daniel (Vallene) and Todd (David); his grandchildren, Jennifer Zaucha (Robert) and Tyler Hall; and his great grandchildren, Ronan, Jasper and Claire. He is also survived by his many close friends, colleagues, and family members.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Harold and Alyce Ann Hall International Scholarship at the University of Mount Union.

“Dear Alyce, Daniel and Todd: As a student at Mount Union in the late 1980s, Harold changed my life. Briefly, he helped arrange a summer internship in Singapore that led to a life-long career in Asia. Currently I am based in India where I run a social enterprise focused on family planning and HIV/AIDS prevention. As Director of Admissions, Harold also recruited a Malaysian student who became my life's partner and wife. Harold will always hold a special place in my heart. Warmly, Todd Callahan”
