He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Howell and Margaret Howell (Newburn); and his siblings, Galen, Frederick, Mark, Charles and Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Howell; his children, Marla S. Berkley (Mark), Cheryl Davis (Chris), Todd L. Howell (Kelly) and Tricia Hippley (Dave); his brothers, Darrel and Dale Howell; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Howell, Barb Cargill and Mark Cargill. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
