He is survived by: his wife Sara Peebles (Peebles); his children, Bert Blades (Gabrielle) of Bozman, MD, Brion Blades (Jennifer Greene) of Norristown, PA, Bethany, Jessi Blades (Shannon) of Yellow Springs, OH and Michelle Goldsborough (Billy Mills) of Salibury, MD; his grandchildren, Gabriella Blades, Brion Jr., Sara Blades, Maelynn, Jerry, Tomas Simmons, Bailey Blades, Austin, Robbie, Aly, Zander and Sophia Goldsborough; his great grandchildren, Ray J, Kevin, Gabe, McKenna and Saige Paisleigh; and his brother Roy E. Blades (Cheryl).
