It is with sadness that the passing of James Dugan of Alliance, Ohio is shared. James passed away on August 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene E. Dugan and Eileen E. Dugan (Frank); his grandparents, Alton, Margaret Dugan, Maurice and Margaret Frank; his grandson Jacob Tyler Lee Dugan; and his siblings, Gerald Eugene Dugan, Patrick Warren Dugan, Joseph Stephen Dugan and Mary Elizabeth Hoy (Dugan).
He is survived by: his wife Victoria M. Dugan (White); his children, Melissa Miller (Joe), Jeff Dugan (Lori), Tana Dugan and Felicia Dugan; his grandsons, Blake, Kaleb, Dylan (Audrey) and Dominic; his children, Dane, Tara (Jadyn), Colton, Tristan, Celine (Damon), Xander (Kamryn), Eris (Kole), Dae'Vene, Robert (Kim), Logan (Star), Aiden, Landon, Trevor and Zakary; his great grandchildren, Adale, Melia, James, Quinnsley, Valerie and Theo; and his siblings, Mike Dugan, Cathy Smith (Calvin) and Frances Hamby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home (1000 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
