He is survived by : his mother Kathleen Bukoffsky (Bruce); his wife Deanna; his children, Brittany Wise (Jordan) of Phoenix, AZ, Shannon Donaldson (Ryan) of Canfield, OH, Cady Taylor (Ross) of Hartville, OH and Zachary Rienas (Kelly) of Copley, OH; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Gage, Paige, Owen, Sadie, Amelia and Charlotte; and his siblings, Joe Bukoffsky (Tammy), Jim Bukoffsky (Yvette), John Bukoffsky (Stephanie) and Barb Zwick (Ron).
