He was predeceased by: his parents, Carry C. Maye and Anna O. Maye (Murphy); his former wife Doris Maye; his children, Michael Maye and Melinda Maye; his siblings, Charles Maye and Barbara Jean Detamore (Bobby); and his son-in-law Dale Lautzenheiser.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Maye (Tucker); his daughter Joy Lautzenheiser; his grandchildren, Cody Lautzenheiser (Carli), Anissa DeSanzo (Brenden) and Madison Miller (Dale); his great grandchildren, Rowen, Reese Lautzenheiser and Blakely Miller; and his brother-in-law Butch Tucker.
