She was predeceased by: her parents, William Church and Laura Church Banks (Hollingsworth); her brother Robert L. Banks; and her husband Logan B. Thomas. She is survived by: her sons, Lewis Jackson (Andrea) and Aaron Avery Thomas (Shannon); and her siblings, Josephine Johnson, Audrey Boykin (Orlando), William Church, Thomas Church (Crystal), Barry Church (Danease) and Louis Banks Jr.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
