She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hagge and Blanche Hagge-Catich (Waskovich); her stepfather Pete Catich; and her siblings, Blanche "Cookie" Neely and James Hagge.
She is survived by: her husband Richard John Ramser; her children, Barbara Murphy (Mark) of Minerva, Robert Ramser (Vicki) of Reading, PA, Rick Ramser (Kathy) of Alliance and Larry Ramser (Jeanie) of Alliance; her grandchildren, Amanda Murphy, Rebecca Ramser, Sophie Ramser, Robert Ramser and Adam Murphy; her siblings, Patricia Buck (Don), Mary Catherine Debee and John Catich (Cindy); her sister-in-law Lois Hagge; and her close friends, Dr. Brad, Sharon Black, Daniell, Marissa, Alexandra, Bradford and Torie Black. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
