She was predeceased by : her father Robert Phillips. She is survived by : her children, Chandlor Phillips (Dominic Drews) of Minerva and Taylor Phillips (Chelsey) of Minerva; her siblings, Tammie Phillips (Canton), Kelli Hoover (Mike) of Minerva and John Phillips (Shannon) of Alliance; her close friend Debbie Roudebush; and her pet Bentley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, a great nephew, a great niece.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Paul's Lutheran Church Food Pantry or Boy Scout Troop 155 in Malvern.
