He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Hoppes (Hoppes); and his sister Catherine Evans. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Ann Woolf (Robert) of Fremont, OH, David John Fraser of Ormond Beach, FL and Richard Lawrence (Donna); and his grandchildren, Wendy Powell (Jim), Tim Woolf (Darcy), Jennifer Schule (Rob), Tiffany Hambel (John), Jonathan Fraser (Kimberely), Richard Fraser (Valerie), Jay Fraser, Laura Fraser Long (Kyle) and Ross Fraser.
