Middleton Jr. (Kathleen), Melvin Middleton, Melvina Middleton, Lenise Patton (Greg) and Banita Rattliffe; his spouse Peaches A. Middleton (Blair); his children, Kindrea Middleton, Jesse Toney, Michele Middleton, Deann Fite (Jason) and Leron Middleton; his adoptive son Tramar Middleton; his godchildren, Anitra Teli, Rhonda Evans and Troy Bush; his close friend John Jenkins; and his brothers, Dr. Laverne D. Middleton and Michael E. Middleton.
