He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Fraley and Pauline Fraley (Royer); and his wife Lupe Fraley (Ortiz). He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Dias (Stacey) of Alliance and Lesley Sisneros (Frank) of Pueblo, Colorado; his stepdaughter Deby Dunn of Xenia; and his siblings, Roxie Ballard (Bob) of Dayton, Paulette Edster (Jerry) of North Carolina, Phil Fraley (Rosemary) of Pennsylvania, Rick Fraley (Pam) of Dayton, Rodney Fraley (Deb) of Dayton and Mark Fraley of Brookville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter as well as many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
