He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jackson II and Dorothy Mylar. He is survived by: his children, Amy Houston (Adam), John Jackson (Cheryl) and Mark Jackson; and his close friends, Dale Umbs and Steve Zepernick. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
