He is survived by: his wife Dawn Stauffenger (Dregich); his son John Stauffenger Jr.; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Chambers and Lauren Slagle; and his siblings, Fred Stauffenger (Gail) and Sandra Stauffenger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
