He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Reel and Delma Moore; and his siblings, Walter, Joseph and Juanita.

He is survived by : his wife Rhonda Reel (Dean); his sisters, Regina Reel and Virginia Johnson; his children, Todd Pandin (Amy), Jen Ketchum (Kevin), Bobby Reel and Ashley Turndick (Abraham); his grandchildren, Kassie, Zach, Alex, Ben and Ivy; and his pet Rascal. He is also survived by his family and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dean's Funeral Home (256 W Ohio Ave, Sebring, OH 44672). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Highland Memorial Cemetery.
