She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Moore and Janice Moore (Hall). She is survived by : her children, David Lautenheiser of Alliance and Chelsea Ward; her sister Cynthia DeYarmon of California; her niece Felicity DeYarmon; her nephew Charles DeYarmon of California; and her grandchildren, Carson, Bella, Paisleigh, Jasper and Adriana Chavarria (Craig Edwards).

Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home (126 W Vermont Ave, Sebring, OH 44672). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
