She was predeceased by: her parents, David J. Brown and Alice Mae Brown (McMillan); her husband Rev. Forrest Freddy Fox; and her sons, Tom, Charles and Roy Gowen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Phillips and Shirley Lilley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and four great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home (75 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
