She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Swartz and Ladyne Swartz (Wagner); and her brother Tom Swartz. She is survived by: her husband Warren Frank of Alliance; her sons, Jeffery Frank of Alliance and Greg Frank (Carrie) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Jacqualene Ketjen, Brittany Frank, Adam Frank, Mathew Frank, Jessica Wayne and Maria Frank; her great grandchildren, Jane, Addison, Kenley and Liam; and her sister-in-law Carol Swartz of Canton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
