He is survived by : his wife Janice Hoffman; his children, Michael Hoffman and Melissa Jimenez; his grandchildren, Andrew Hoffman, Ayla Steyer and Skylah Jimenez; and his great grandchildren, Izabell, Joanne and Kacey Hoffman. He is also survived by his family, friends.
