She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Bixler and Theora Bixler (Combs); her husband Dewey "Torchy" Middleton; and her siblings, Kenneth Bixler and Janice Bixler.

She is survived by : her children, Sharon Deack, Duane Middleton and Jack Middleton (Sandy Artino); her grandson Brian Deack (Emily); her great grandchild Nora Ann Deack; and her sister-in-law Eileen Kibler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
