Mark leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Mark’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Anstine and Sherry Anstine (Reeder). He is survived by: his wife Stacy Anstine (Watson); his brothers, Mike Anstine (Jill) of Alliance and Matt Anstine (Sue) of Alliance; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Tarves (Reid) of Guilford Lake and Debbie Jones of Alliance. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
