We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Martha Barker (Alliance, Ohio). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Martha may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Martha touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gray and Mabelle Gray (Maxwell); her husband Glen Barker; her son David K. Barker; and her sister Mary Hahn.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Bruce Barker (Jill), Glenda Modranski (Bob) and Jill Grewe (Jeff). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home (75 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
