He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jacobs and Hazel Jacobs (Karvel); and his siblings, Georgia Belle Karvel and Philip. He is survived by: his wife Roseann Jacobs (Monigold); his sons, Mathew Jacobs Jr. (Cyndi), Brian Jacobs (Jen) and Nicolas Jacobs (Dana); his grandchildren, Brandon, Shawn, Bryan, Zack, Eric, Josh and Ryan; his siblings, Phylis Weathermon (Don), Ealon Uhas (Steve) and Nick Lonetto; and his siblings' children, Teri, George and Shelbie. He is also survived by several sisters and brothers-in-law.
