She was predeceased by: her husband Mike Cindia; her parents, Joseph Vargo and Susan Vargo; and her siblings, Lois Marshall Hoberdier, Ralph Marshall, Jack Marshall, Joseph "Sonny" Vargo and James Vargo.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Cindia (Sharyl) and Jack Cindia (Peggy); and her grandchildren, Michael T Cindia (Katy), Jill Webb (Brian), Susan Hutchinson (Matt), Matthew Cindia and Laura Booher (Steve). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

She loved her church and being active in it; such as cooking the monthly dinners for over 22 years, organizing garage sales for charity, helping prepare the communion each month, and serving on various committees.
