He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Robert M. Mullen and Irene G. Mullen. He is survived by: his spouse Daunett Mullen; his former wife Barbara Mullen; and his children, Alverta Mullen, Vickie Crabb, Marsha Mullen, Norman Mullen, Jr. and Timothy Mullen. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
