She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Kinser and Patsy; and her husband Wayne Harlan. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Baum (David) and Randy Buehler (Tami); her stepchildren, Jeen Ptak (Scott), Kay Pullo, Phillip Harlan (Pamela) and Trish Austin (David); and her brother Bill Kinser. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
