He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Kapper and Sandy Kapper of Marlboro; his wife Julie Stangelo; his children, Grady and Hanna; his siblings, Abbie Tireman (William) and Luke Kapper (Sarah); his siblings' children, Elizabeth, Matthew Tireman, Ellie and Evan Kapper; his parents-in-law, Danny and Nancy Stangelo; and his sister-in-law Meghan Stangelo.

Memorial Contributions for Paul's children may be made to the family.
