It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Waitley of Alliance, Ohio, who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony and Margaret; and his sister Tonya Cox. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Waitley (Thrash); his children, Lissa Waitley of Brecksville and Andy Waitley of Alliance; his brother-in-law Tom Thrash; and his cousin Tom St. George.

Memorial contributions are suggested to First United Presbyterian Church, 265 W. Beech St., Alliance, OH 44601.
