She was predeceased by: her parents, Annette Roth and Wilbur Roth. She is survived by: her children, Louise Walton, David Hendryx (Monica), Norma Polansky (Eric), Bruce Hendryx (Nita) and Dr. Paula (Khaled Issa). She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
