He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Brienza and Thelma Brienza (Donohue); his sister Georgene Seitter (Brienza); his in-laws, Willis and Wilma Faith; and his brother-in-law Larry Faith.

He is survived by: his significant other Laura Lynn Brienza (Faith); his children, Ric Brienza (Cindy), Robb Brienza (Wanda), Gina Hughes (Bill), Randy Brienza (April), Wendy Brienza-Kelley and Maite Joven (Carlos); his grandchildren, Michael, Christian, Preston, Nicole, Kale, Katelynn, Kohl, Willis, Madison, Miranda, Brady, Gabriel, Zachary, Shelby, Jesse of Gavin, T. J., Macey and Luke; and his siblings, Ben Brienza (Lorraine) and Lewie Brienza (Becky). He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
