He is survived by: his parents, Jack Sholtis and Joyce Sholtis (Anderson); his wife Crystal; his children, Jeffery, Rachel and Sarah; and his siblings, Debbie Masalko (Rich) and Brian Sholtis. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
