He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Kamph (Hofacre); his children, Tammy Kempthorne (Rick) of North Canton and Troy Kamph (Susan Coy) of Minerva; his grandchildren, Justin Kempthorne (Erin) of North Canton, Layne and Olivia Kamph of Minerva; his great grandchildren, Liam and Rowyn Kempthorne; his stepgreat-granddaughter Riley Casseday of Norton; and his sibling's children, Cindy Halley and Robbie Ferrebee. He is also survived by many extended family members and lifelong friends.
