He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald J Cunningham and Mary Lee Thurmond (Jones). He is survived by: his children, Corey Jermaine Blue and Nicole Sampson (Tom); his grandchildren, Tozia Ware, Tyren Jones, Arieze Evans, Corey Bell, LaShawnda Carter, Corey Blue Jr. and Mark Perkins II; his siblings, Earlene Dailey, Charlietha E. Thurmond and Long; his cousin Roberta Jarman; and his brother Earl C. Thurmond Jr.. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
