He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clem and Juanita Clem (Haxton); and his sister Joanne Brewer (Clem) of Ft. Wayne, IN.. He is survived by: his wife Harriet Frances Clem (Miller); and his children, William, Elizabeth, Lynda, David and Susan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
