It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell E. Lilley of Alliance, Ohio, who passed away on July 3, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lilley and Evalene Lilley; and his brothers, James Lilley, Virgil Lilley, Harry Lilley and Carl Lilley.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lilley (Gowen); his children, Felecia Cameron (Russ) and Aaron Lilley; his grandchildren, Zack Cameron and Madison Lilley; and his sister Mary Jane Thomas.
