He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Ramser and Lillian Ramser (Harris); his wife S. Laverne Ramser; his son Kevin Ramser; his grandson Adam Lee Hill; his brothers, David L. Ramser, James F. Ramser and Robert J. Ramser; and his sister-in-law Elsie.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Hill (Terry) of Las Vegas; his granddaughters, Kaile Hill of Idaho, Jori Cherven (Christian) of Kentucky and Jenna Gregorka (Nick) of Hawaii; his great grandchildren, Jayce, Everly, Emma, Claire and William; his sister Cindy Ramser Foster (Steve); and his sister-in-law Carol Ramser.
