She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen George and Florence Hadsell George; her husband Charles E. McNeil; and her brothers, Paul Dean, William and Donald George.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Hite (Richard), Dennis McNeil (Tammy) and Charlene Duro (late Richard); her grandchildren, Heather Couts (Josh), Luke McNeil (Jenni), Carolyn Gartner (Tim) and Rachael Runner (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Haidyn Couts, Jackson Couts, Larkin McNeil, Messer McNeil, Adalynn Runner, Leanna Gartner, Wesley Runner and Colin Gartner.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home (215 Fernwood Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953).
