He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon L. Kelley and Phyllis E. Kelley (Stevens); his sister Vickie Thomas (Kelley); and his niece Brooke Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Katie Adkins of Florida, Michael Kelley and Trisha Kelley; and his siblings, Danny, Greg, Steven Kelley and Donna Kelley (Followed) of Alliance. He is also survived by His 4 Grandsons.
