She is survived by: her husband David E. Leasure Sr.; her son William Hopkins (Amanda); her granddaughter Cortney Reed (Dale); her sisters, Joy "Elaine" Ellsworth and Janet Stull; her stepchildren, Bonnie Reynolds (John) and David Leasure Jr. (Jodi); her nieces, Leesa Jones, Tracy, Tonya and Tammie; her nephew Michael; her great-nephews, Kamden and Jace Jones; her stepgrandchildren, Dwain, Rick, Paige Blake, Zachary and Jacob Leasure; and her great-granddogs, Clyde and Waylon Reed. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
