She is survived by: her parents, Larry Hayden and Mary Lou Weick (Beech) of Sebring; her husband David Underwood; her sons, Michael Underwood (Katie) of Louisville and Steven Underwood (Rebecca Gyoker) of Louisville; her stepmother Cindy Hayden of Venice, FL; her siblings, Laurie Nicholson (Keith) of Bonita Springs, FL, Brad Hayden (Julie) of Plain City, Gene Hayden (Rhonda) of Nokomis, FL and Larry Hayden Jr. (Becky) of Bradenton, FL; and her grandchildren, William and Charlotte.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home (206 E Lincolnway, Minerva, OH 44657).
