She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilber Yarian and Ann Yarian (Savage); her husband Edward Wendell Moffett; and her son-in-law Chris Skubiak. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Skubiak and Jerry Moffett (Sherry); her grandchildren, Melissa Krenzer (Gary), Andrew Franks (Joanna), Ann Moffett and Leigh Martin (Alex); her great grandchildren, Rebecca, Brianna, Brayden, Shelby, Hadley and Mae; and her close friend Dee Paina.
