He is survived by: his wife Sarah Papley (Reed); his children, Thomas Papley Jr. (Tina) and Trisha Blatt (Todd); his grandchildren, Drue, Brayden, Cade, Ashlyn, Danielle and Kyle; and his sister Frances Grimm.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home (75 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1659 W State St, Alliance, OH 44601).
