With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tim Mathes of Alliance, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 20, 2026 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Duard Mathes and Dolores Mathes of Alliance; his wife Barbara Mathes (Chapman) of Alliance, Ohio.; his brother Tom Mathes (Colleen) of Alliance, Ohio.; his children, Ryan Mathes (Courtney) of Louisville and Casey Smith (Derek) of Paris, Ohio.; his stepchildren, Christopher Chapman (Shelby) of Myrtle Beach and Dakota Kirksey (Sarina) of Minerva, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Lily, Miles, Willow Smith, Oriana, Violet, Bennett Mathes, Dominic Kirksey, Matthew Chase, Calliope and Addison Mathes.
