He is survived by: his wife Anita "Dianne"; his sisters, Judi Hetrick (Rob Schorman) and Julie Mackintosh (Jim); his niece Randi Mackintosh (James Albert); his great-niece Audrey; his sister-in-law Yolanda Tagge (Dan); and his friend Joey Cibulas.
