The passing of Virginia Eileen Kibler (Alliance, Ohio) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 18, 2025 at the age of 96. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Middleton and Beatrice Middleton; her husband Edward Kibler; her siblings, Doris Cowen, Arlene, Forest Middleton, Dewey Middleton and Donald Middleton; her daughter-in-law Pamela Ruffier; and her close friend Floyd Breit.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Ruffier, Mark Ruffier (Cindy) and Sherie Green (Mike); her grandchildren, Laurie, Lee, Shannon, Erin, Josh and Jon; and her stepsons, Phil "Joe" Kibler, Edward Kibler and Bill Kibler. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home (75 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
